At Jute, we offer a frictionless cancelation process. You can cancel at any time, for any reason.
To cancel, simply click on your Name at the bottom of the left navigation panel, click "Account Settings" and then click "Manage your subscription".
This will take you to our billing portal (managed by Stripe). From here, you can simply click "Cancel subscription" and your subscription will be reverted back to the "Free" plan at the end of your current billing cycle.
